Leaving the doorstops has been great fun and brings us lots of business and our IG followers’ enthusiasm for the hunt is infectious. But in the dog eat dog world of marketing you have to change, you have to evolve, you have to stay current …. you have to embrace tech.
So that’s why we've created Y, a lump of concrete that is a crypto asset.
There will b the doubters who say, 'That's pure genius, you've done it again'. And to them we say 'That's a good point Mum'.
So, from February 2024, in addition to the doorstops, we are going to 'airdrop' Y around London. For the fossils amongst u, airdrop is a cool, crypto way of saying give it away for free. And as with the doorstops we will post the location of the Y airdrops to our Instagram stories. So be sure to set your IG notifications.
Lastly, we've tokenised Y. Obviously that increases their value by a factor of 1000s, but it also means we will sell the owner of a Y one of our round doorstops for £15 rather than the usual £45.
